Our Customers satisfaction is important to us. Our Boutique will gladly accept returns and issue a store credit on all returned items.

Within the US - Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.  

Shipping

 Typical during holidays delivery time frame is between 14 and 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.

Outside of the holiday period shipping should take 7 business days or sooner.

All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Opening Packages:
Please open your packages with care, and do NOT cut open your package with scissors. We will not accept the return of an item that was damaged when opening the package.

Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in clean condition, in its original condition and original packaging that it was received. STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE GRANTED UNLESS       
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:

  • Visibly worn items 

  • The hang tag is in tact

  • Bodysuit

  • Sunglasses 

  • No rips, cuts, or tears in the fabric

  • No stains/scratches on the material

  • Items outside of policy window

  • Final Sale 

We handle Exchanges and Store credit on a case-by-case basis with the sole aim of making our customers happy.

Proof of Purchase:
Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Pre- order 

A pre-order strategy works by allowing customers to place an order for an item that is not yet released. The time for the arrival of the order varies the max time for all pre-orders will be 3 weeks with out shipping and handling.
